Indonesia’s domestic energy demand continues to rise, while national production targets require more effective development of low-quality and heterogeneous reservoirs. This study presents FracWise, an AI enabled operational stimulation intelligence platform applied to the MNR#1 interval, MLK Field, South Sumatra, to integrate well-stimulation screening, fracturing simulation, field benchmark validation, and techno-economic decision support. The workflow uses open-hole logs, Mechanical Earth Model logs, DataFRAC responses, pre-job design, actual post-job results, and benchmark reports to evaluate hydraulic fracturing, acid fracturing, matrix acidizing, and multi-stage fracturing. The results confirm that MNR#1 is a technically viable stimulation target because its oil-bearing sandstone, low permeability, stress contrast, and shale barriers support contained fracture growth. FracWise reproduces key fracture-geometry behavior by linking half-length, width, conductivity, proppant placement, and time-series response. Hydraulic fracturing remains the most practical option for the existing vertical well, while multi-stage fracturing provides the strongest economic upside when operational and completion constraints allow.
